30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
50ml Sepoy & Co. Soda Water
Garnish Orange Slice/Twist
Method
Add bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a glass of ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice and top up with Sepoy's Soda Water.
Garnish with an orange twist.
